On Pro, no. You can invite unlimited guests to a room with a link, and they do not need an account or a paid seat. On the free plan there is no guest link, so people join by direct invite only, up to 5 members per room.
The free plan remembers your most recent session, so the agent has the last conversation in context. Pro rooms are persistent: every session, decision, and piece of feedback stays in the room and the context compounds over time.
